Superb service from this young man! My SLK wouldn't start, so called James who came the same day. He found the fault and then gave me advice on the part I needed and sent me an email link to where I could get it. He came back to fit it and now all is well with the car. A very friendly guy who I would not hesitate to call again. Very punctual and efficient. I'd give 10 stars but only able to give 5.
Excellent service - James came to the house and fitted a new alternator no problem.
